We offer data recovery services and will work with you to recover your data in the event of a computer crash.

Pricing

We charge a standard, hourly rate of $75 per hour with a one hour minimum and we do not charge any fees for travel to your location.




Service Policies

Windows and Software Installation: Customer must provide a licensed copy of all software, including operating systems that will be installed. If you need to purchase the software you need, we will help you with that. Please note you will need a credit or debit card to process the online purchase.

Computer Building and Hardware Installation: The Client will be responsible for all costs of hardware components. We will research and provide you with options and pricing before we start building your new PC or before we make any upgrades to an existing PC. All costs will be added to the final invoice and any receipts will be stapled to it.

Data Loss Statement: NWCS is not responsible for any loss of data during any maintenance or troubleshooting that is performed. We will always notify you of any risks before taking any actions and we will back up your data upon your request before beginning the work.
